Product Care

 

We highly recommend you to take the following preventive measures to assure the longevity of your FIT CITIZEN items:

  • Wash all items with cold water preferably. 

  • Use small amount of liquid detergent when washing. 

  • Make sure to wash colored, black, white clothes separately. 

  • When washing in the machine make sure to use a gentle cycle. 

  • Our fabrics do not bleed, however avoid washing our clothes with others that might bleed because they might cause damage to you FIT CITIZEN pieces. 

  • Wash and dry inside out. 

  • Avoid using bleach/chlorine. 

  • Avoid to wring the items after washing. 

  • Keep the items away from fire and heat, including ironing. 

  • Air-dry is recommended for all items. 

Shipping information, returns and exchanges

 
SHIPPING 

 

  • Please allow between 2-3 business days for processing your order before it’s shipped.  

  • Once orders have been placed they can’t be changed. 

  • FIT CITIZEN is not responsible for any delays due to postal services. 

  • Please notice that public holidays are not included as delivery days. 

  • We are not responsible for any lost item when shipping is taking place. 

  • Depending on your location, the shipment could last between 1-10 working days.  

 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

 

  • We do not offer refund at any stage. 

  • If you wish to exchange your product we can happily help you with that, however you should cover all shipping cost and extra cost of the piece in case you have exchanged your original piece for another one of a higher cost. On the other hand, if you would like to exchange your item for another piece of a lower cost, we will provide you in-store credit for your next purchase (we do not offer refunds at any stage.) 

  • If you have purchased the wrong item, you have 24h to contact us through Instagram or email to make sure we can assist you in order to solve the problem, in case of passing the 24h the order will be processed and shipped.

  • Any item won’t be exchanged if the reason of exchanged is “wrong fitting.”

 

Please take into account the following in order for us to approve your return or exchange: 

 

NOTE: This policy lasts 5 days after purchased is received. 

 

Every item is inspected before proceeding with any exchange or return. 

  • The item should be new. Please notice, if the item has been worn, washed or used, your item unfortunately can’t be replaced (we do not offer refund at any stage.) 

  • Items with human or animal hair won’t be accepted. 

  • The item should return with its original packaging, tags and labels, if this doesn’t occur the item won’t be accepted. 

  • The inspection process will start once the item is sent out back to us. 

  • It’s not our responsibility if the item is lost during shipping.  

  • If your item is accepted after the inspection, we will send you a replacement back.  

  • If your item is not accepted after the inspection, it will be sent back to you again.

  • We reserve the right, but we are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographical region or jurisdiction.

  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service that we offer. All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not guarantee that the quality of the products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any error in the Service will be corrected.
